A-D Board Configurations:
Multiple A-D device configurations
can be produced simply by purchasing additional hardware bundles
of the same type and model. No software upgrade is required. The
Datapac 2K2 Standard and Enhanced Acquisition modules are capable
of driving up to four ISA or PCI boards at the same time, and
up to two PCMCIA cards at the same time. Additional devices of
the same type and model may be added to an existing configuration
at any time, provided that the capacities just indicated are not
exceeded.

to a new revision of an existing version of Datapac. Datapac 2K2
is constantly being updated. New revisions of the current version
are regularly posted on our web site and made available to existing,
authorized users at no charge. If you are a current user of Datapac

UPGRADES:
An "upgrade" refers
to a transition from an earlier version of Datapac to a newer
version. Upgrades are provided free of charge to users of a prior
version if their purchase was made within the previous 24 months.
The upgrade pricing indicated below applies only if the original
purchase was made greater than 24 months in the past. Only previously
purchased identical or comparable modules are eligible for upgrade
pricing. Proof of original purchase may be required to verify
eligibliity. Other restrictions may apply. Please contact
RUN Technologies for details.

TERMS: All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
Credit terms are extended to domestic educational institutions
and to others upon approval. All other sales, including all foreign
sales, are made on a pre-paid or C.O.D. basis only. Credit terms
are Net Due 30 days. Invoices unpaid on the 31st day will be charged
a 5% late payment fee. Invoices unpaid over 60 days will result
in loss of credit terms.
SHIPPING: All shipments are insured and made
via UPS ground, F.O.B. origin, unless otherwise requested; shipping
and handling charges are prepaid and added to invoice.
RETURNS: In order to receive credit for returned
merchandise, authorization must be obtained from RUN Technologies
prior to return shipment.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Telephone support for both
technical and application issues is provided at no additional
fee, Monday through Friday, during normal working hours (8:00
am - 5:00 pm Pacific time). Collect calls are not accepted and
call-backs are refused unless prearranged. We pride ourselves
on our level of support and we encourage users to contact us when
difficulties or questions arise. In addition, we greatly appreciate
feedback from users in the form of comments, criticisms, and suggestions
for future development.
